Data does not update
Check your internet connection and pull down on the Status screen to refresh. NOAA services can occasionally be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
Aurora Replay is loading
The replay retrieves multiple hourly images. On slower connections, allow a few seconds for the timeline to populate.
Location
Location is optional. If access is unavailable, select a city manually in the Aurora Radar. Permission can be changed under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Notifications
Signal Storm checks the chosen threshold after the app refreshes. It does not provide continuous server-side push monitoring while the app is closed.
